Unfortunately, it seems that there's no chance of getting Shaggy anytime soon, despite fan efforts.

There's sure to be a few different characters for just about every player out there, and it's always interesting to see which characters come to the game as DLC. Regardless of the leak, NetherRealm will certainly continue to unveil new characters until the game finally releases. Therefore, it's a good idea to take the leak with a grain of salt, though the leaked image does seem convincing. Kronika, a new character who was featured in the story trailer, is also strangely missing. For instance, Shinnok appeared in the story trailer for Mortal Kombat 11, and while not confirmed as a fighter, it seems like a no-brainer that he would be added to the roster, considering that the model is already complete. It's worth mentioning that there are some staple characters that appear to be missing from the roster. SHA is almost certainly Shao Kahn, who has been confirmed as pre-order DLC, whereas NOO is likely Noob Saibot. Three of the confirmed characters were Nightwolf and Sindel, both returning from the 2011 Mortal Kombat game, and Spawn from Image Comics by Todd McFarlane, as. While JAX and KIT will likely be Jax and Kitana respectively, the other characters are bit harder to nail down.

JAX, JOH, NOO, KIT, and SHA also appear on the list, though they aren't given full names or thumbnail photos. The following list includes every confirmed Mortal Kombat 11 roster character:

Lastly, there are eight completely blank thumbnail slots, which will most likely be reserved for future DLC characters. There are also a few portraits that haven't been finished yet, though they do feature text beneath them that will fuel speculation about which characters they could possibly be. Sometimes, the entirety of the roster will leak, which appears to be the case with Mortal Kombat 11, a game that has had quite a bit of trouble with leaks lately.Ī new image appears to show the full roster of characters that will be making its way into Mortal Kombat 11, with a hefty chunk of them being unannounced as of this writing. Of course, leaks are bound to happen, much to the chagrin of the game's development and marketing teams.

K.I., SFV (this season so far), UNIST, and once upon a time Tekken 7 (its trash now) are more balanced.

  • The Ultimate Edition (also sold as an upgrade to existing accounts) includes all 3 expansions mentioned, and all 37 available characters. Most fighting games generate all of their pre-release hype by steadily unveiling their roster of characters leading up to launch. MK11 is certainly the most balanced MK, but thats not saying much.

  • Mortal Kombat X was a huge upgrade from its predecessor, and somehow 11 is almost as huge! The attention to character details is ridiculous, the wealth of skins & skinnable gear is immense – and of course, the most important – the mechanics, animations & frames are just fantastic.Įnough with praising the best fighting game of all times (SFV I’m looking at you STRAIGHT in the eyes?), let’s dive in, and meet the Roster of Mortal Kombat 11! No Kenshi / Takeda is still bad, and I can’t believe how Reptile is still not here! Maybe they’ll put him out as a last goodbye or something? Who knows! The crew at developer NetherRealm Studios announced an end to MK11 support this past July, following two-plus years of post-launch support on the project. Hopefully, after the release of (what seems to be the last DLC) Kombat Pack 2, some holes have been fulfilled, like Mileena, and instead of Goro we got Shiva. A new leak regarding Mortal Kombat 12 alleges the title will basically function as a MK11 re-release with a roster featuring fighters from MK9 and MKX.
